Knack — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Knack mobile app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country) to use Knack. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

• Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate others.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account was compromised.

3. Knack Pro subscription

• Knack Pro is offered as $14.99 USD per month or $79.99 USD per year, billed through your Apple ID. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged at the renewal price.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Manage Pro inside Knack.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
• Free trial (if offered): You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

4. What Pro unlocks

• Unlimited browsing of public quizzes
• AI quiz generation (subject to a daily limit of 20 generations per user, which resets at 00:00 UTC)
• Building, saving, and publishing custom quizzes
